You can now lift brows, eyelids, sagging cheeks and jowls without surgery using Emface™. As our faces age, we don’t just lose fat on our faces, we also lose muscle tone. Just like kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, facial exercises and facial yoga can postpone or even prevent the need for facelift surgery.
Emface™ targets the muscles that need to be strengthened and gives them a 75,000 contraction workout. It also delivers radiofrequency which causes strengthening of the deep support tissues of the face.
The machine delivers a 30 minute treatment which causes no pain, no downtime, and leaves nothing in your skin.
Treatment on the forehead cannot be done if you have active botox in the forehead. This is because Emface needs to stimulate your muscles to contract fully in order to strengthen them, so it is less effective if your muscles are not able to contract 100%. It can still be done on cheeks or submental.
We usually recommend 2-4 sessions which can be done as frequently as once per week. Maintenance treatments are usually neccesary every 3-12 months depending on the individual. A consultation is a great place to start if you are not sure.

No. Emface is a painless procedure that takes 20 minutes in total. The pads deliver muscle stimulation which feels like your face involuntarily contracting. So it feels strange but not sore. The Radiofrequency element feels warm so you may feel some heat but no pain. Finally each of the two modalities can be controlled from 0-100% so if it is any way uncomfortable we can turn it down.
YES! There has never been a treatment that can strenghten muscles in this way. Doctors have been relaxing muscles for years, to remove lines. Now we can use a system tried and tested in the world of physiotherapy to lift the areas that were previously only treatable with Surgery.
Depending on the number of areas you are having treated, Emface costs from 250-500 per session. A full course of emface costs 1000-2000 euro.
There are 3 areas with the latest area the double chin only added in march of 2024.
1 – Heavy brows, 2 – Sagging Cheeks and 3 – Turkey neck/double chin.
Results begin to be seen immediately after the first session as you can see the muscle toned, but the full effect stays after several sessions and some time for the Radiofrequency to tighten the deep tissues. That means maximum results are at 3 months.
Emface lasts from 9-12 months. Most patients will do a single session topup on this timeline.
Emface is not a replacement for surgery, but has a lot of better features. It is painless, has no downtime, is not dependant on the skill or mood of a surgeon and is a fraction of the cost. Emface is recommeneded as a way to postpone and ultimately replace the need for surgery.
